  • Request must be done within 30 days after delivery.
  • item must be unused, seal unbroken and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • It will be the customers responsibility to pay for shipping and to package the products well so that damage doesn’t incur during transit.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
    • If you are rejected than a reason will be given via e-mail explaining the rejection.
    • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
      • If you haven’t received a refund yet, begin by checking your bank account.
      • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Returns@MyDetoxS.com with order number.

Damaged / Lost / Stolen

  • If product arrives damaged, it is the customers responsibility to follow these procedures for a refund or replacement to be approved.
  1. Request must be done within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Must take clear pictures of the damaged package, which includes the box that the package was shipped in and the product itself.
  3. Once your requested is received we will either approve or disapprove it and you will be notified via e-mail.
  • If product is lost in transit customer must notify us so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Claim process may take from 1 to 2 business weeks.
    • If carrier confirms package lost than a full refund will be issued.
  • It is the customers responsibility to provide an address that is secure. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after tracking shows confirmation of delivery.
